MIA-AMCC, informs the global community that Karachi, Pakistan offers a major business, transportation and conference center that delivers uncommon value as a venue for arbitrations and mediations and Conciliations, works to continuously improve Karachi’s, Pakistan most favorable legislative and judicial climate for obtaining and enforcing arbitral awards; forms partnerships with arbitral groups, legal firms, and educational institutions to make Karachi a leading arbitral center. We schedule regular meetings addressing fundamental and pressing issues, hold annual conferences on timely topics by inviting major arbitrations centers around the world, publish an annual practitioner’s manual, share recently published book on Arbitration with all associates and copartners and draft legislation and supporting international arbitration and mediation as per mutual agreements with them.
