MIA-AMCC Services

MIA-AMCC offers services for the resolution of international disputes, primarily between investors and States, but also in State-to-State disputes. In addition, it offers fact-finding proceedings to examine and report on facts before a dispute arises.

ARBITRATION

ARBITRATION

MIA-AMCC provides comprehensive case administration Services to arbitrations under the MIA-AMCC Convention and MIA-AMCC Additional Facility.

MEDIATION

MEDIATION

MIA-AMCC supports Investor State mediation though the provision of services to parties, the development of rules of procedure for mediation, and the organization of events and training courses.

CONCILIATION

CONCILIATION

Conciliation is a cooperative, non-adversarial dispute resolution process offered under the MIA-AMCC Convention and MIA-AMCC Additional Facility.

FACT FINDING

FACT FINDING

The MIA-AMCC Fact-Finding Rules offer parties the opportunity to constitute a Committee to inquire into and report on relevant circumstances in the pre dispute phase.

APPOINTMENTS AND DISQUALIFICATIONS

APPOINTMENTS AND DISQUALIFICATIONS

MIA-AMCC is available to be designated as Appointing Authority to appoint arbitrators, conciliators and mediators, and to decide a proposal to disqualify an arbitrator in proceedings not conducted under the MIA-AMCC Convention or the MIA-AMCC Additional Facility Services.

HEARING FACILITIES

MIA-AMCC offers fully equipped, state-of-the-art hearing rooms and preparation/breakout rooms. MIA-AMCC can also organize hearings in other cities and through institutions with which has cooperation agreements.
